Return And Refund Policy

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 for a full refund, an exchange, or store credit.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. ANY ORDERS RECEIVED FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WILL BE CANCELLED, AND A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

To make a return:

Items must be unopened/unused
Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items.

To return a product, send the product back to 48-249 Waiahole Valley Road, Kaneohe, HI 96744, along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for any returned item.
